The 'Perennial Red' (Rosa Perennial Domino®) is a true eye-catcher and was rightfully named Rose of the Year 2022. This vigorous climbing rose enchants with an abundance of stunning magenta-red flower clusters, which create a lively contrast with the fresh, elongated leaves. Although the flowers emit only a light fragrance, they more than make up for it with their unparalleled visual splendor and their attraction to bees and butterflies, bringing your garden to life.
With an impressive height of 250 to 350 cm, the 'Perennial Red' is ideal for lushly covering walls, pergolas, fences, or other climbing structures. Even at great heights, this rose maintains a bushy base, ensuring a full and rich appearance. It blooms tirelessly from June well into autumn and is exceptionally resistant to common rose diseases such as powdery mildew and black spot, making it suitable for gardens with higher disease pressure.
At Belle Époque Rose Nursery in Aalsmeer, you can buy this beautiful 'Perennial Red' directly from the grower. With over 40 years of expertise and passion, we cultivate our roses sustainably and with the utmost care. You are assured of a strong, healthy plant that, with the right attention, will be a showpiece in your garden for many years, directly from our family business to your home.

Roses in pots
A potted rose is a rose plant that has already been grown in a pot and is delivered with a well-developed root system. These roses are ready to be planted directly in the garden or in a larger pot, without having to wait for root growth. This makes the potted rose ideal for planting throughout the year, especially from May through October.
Roses with bare roots
Bare-root roses – also called root roses – are rose plants delivered without a pot or soil. These roses are dormant and can be planted directly in open ground. The best time to plant a root rose is in autumn or early spring, when the soil is still moist and the temperature mild.
At Belle Epoque we supply bare-root roses from November through April. Thanks to the well-developed root system and the right planting conditions, these roses grow vigorously into healthy and bloom-rich bushes or climbing roses.
Products are shipped directly from the nursery every Monday and Wednesday. By delivering only twice a week, we reduce logistical emissions and optimise our processes. This benefits both the quality of our products and the climate.
