Roald Dahl
Roald Dahl
Low stock: 8 left
Roald Dahl (Ausowlish) rose, named to commemorate the centenary of Roald Dahl's birth, is reminiscent of 'James and the Giant Peach' with its soft orange-red buds opening to medium-sized, perfectly shaped and robust rosettes of a perfect apricot with a fruity tea scent.
The plant matures into a beautiful round, healthy and bushy shrub with few thorns.
Climbing rose Roald Dahl won the 2020 Silver Medal and the Irwin Trophy (for the most pest and disease tolerant rose) at the National Rose Trial Garden of Australia.

Care Instructions
Care Instructions

Caring for rose 'Roald Dahl' is not difficult, but the rose does require some time and attention on a regular basis. Roses need a lot of energy to grow well and sufficient water and nutrition helps with this. Also check regularly whether there are spent flower buds on the rose. To avoid wasting energy, it is best to remove these as quickly as possible. It is wise to fertilize the rose so that it can absorb good and healthy nutrition again. The advice is to do this twice a year; in March and the end of June.
