Reaching an impressive height of 300–500 cm and flowering repeatedly from June to October, it creates a lush sea of blooms. Particularly noteworthy is its tolerance of lower light levels; it thrives with as little as 2 hours of sun per day, making it suitable for a north-facing wall or partially shaded areas. After flowering, it develops charming rose hips.
