Discover the timeless charm of Rosa 'Stanwell Perpetual', a true treasure among shrub roses, bred by Lee in 1934. This old-fashioned, rare beauty captivates with its large, double pink flowers that release an irresistibly strong fragrance. From June until well into October, 'Stanwell Perpetual' treats you to a continuous sea of blooms, enveloping your garden in a romantic atmosphere for months.

Reaching a height of 100-150 cm, this robust shrub rose is perfect for creating lush borders, atmospheric rose hedges, or as a solitary focal point in parks. It thrives in a location with at least 4 hours of sunlight and is fully winter-hardy, returning year after year. Its good health and low-maintenance nature make it an ideal choice for both novice and experienced rose enthusiasts. Please note: this rose is not suitable for long-term container cultivation.

You will receive this beautiful rose directly from our nursery, ready to enrich your garden with its unparalleled beauty and fragrance.

Care & Plants
Deze 'Stanwell Perpetual' wordt geleverd als roos met kale wortel in november. Plant haar op een zonnige tot halfschaduwrijke plek met minimaal 4 uur zon per dag en zorg voor een plantafstand van 100 cm. Graaf een ruim plantgat, verbeter de grond met compost en zorg dat de entplaats net onder de grond komt te liggen. Druk de aarde goed aan en geef direct na het planten ruim water.
Snoei de 'Stanwell Perpetual' jaarlijks in het vroege voorjaar, zodra de strengste vorst voorbij is (maart/april). Verwijder dood, beschadigd of kruisend hout en snoei de overige takken terug tot 3-5 ogen boven de grond. Dit stimuleert nieuwe groei en een rijke bloei.
Geef uw 'Stanwell Perpetual' regelmatig water, vooral tijdens droge periodes en in het eerste groeiseizoen. Voor een optimale bloei en groei bemest u in het voorjaar en na de eerste bloei met organische rozenmest. Een laag mulch rond de voet helpt vocht vasthouden en onkruid onderdrukken.
