About Japanese Rose BI – Kibo (Hope) (NEW 2026)

Meet the Japanese Rose BI – Kibō (Hope), a powerful and expressive rose that immediately wins hearts with its striking interplay of colors. Its flowers combine a deep strawberry red with a bright yellow reverse, creating a warm and vibrant contrast that radiates energy, optimism, and cheerfulness. Kibō, which means “Hope” in Japanese, symbolizes trust, the future, and positivity—a feeling you can instantly see in this exceptional flower. She is distinctive yet always balanced, bringing color, strength, and vitality together in every bloom. This unique garden rose, available exclusively from Belle Époque as part of our new Japanese collection for 2026, is a must-have for enthusiasts who dare to choose roses with meaning and character.

Reaching a height of 80 to 120 cm, Japanese Rose BI – Kibō develops into a strong, well-branched shrub that blooms in waves throughout the season, from May to October. Despite her floribunda background, Kibō surprises with very large, fully double flowers (approximately 12–13 cm in diameter) reminiscent of elegant hybrid tea roses. She thrives in a sunny position and is perfect for borders, rose beds, or as a striking splash of color in your garden. Thanks to her abundant flowers, Kibō is also a beautiful addition to a cutting garden, where she brings a vibrant and meaningful quality to your bouquets.

At Belle Époque Rose Nursery in Aalsmeer, you can buy this Japanese beauty directly from the grower. As a family business with more than 40 years of experience, we guarantee top-quality roses cultivated with expertise and passion. Our sustainable growing methods, certified by Planet Proof, ensure that you can enjoy beautiful roses while also contributing to a better world. Choose Japanese Rose BI – Kibō and bring a little hope and vitality into your home, straight from our nursery.
