The large-flowered shrub rose 'Aquarell', also known as TANellqua, enchants with its sunny yellow flowers that give off a moderately strong fragrance. This beautiful, double-flowered rose, bred by Tantau in 1999, brings a warm and cheerful atmosphere to any garden. Its name evokes images of soft color transitions, although its radiant yellow remains consistent, making it a timeless classic.
With a height of 80–100 cm, 'Aquarell' is ideal for both borders and pots from Ø 40 cm. From June to October, you can enjoy its abundant repeat flowering, with its large flowers (8–12 cm) appearing time and again. It is particularly suitable as a cut rose to brighten up your home, or as a radiant centerpiece in a cutting garden.
