Rosa 'Gloire de Dijon', a beautiful old rose introduced in 1853, is a climbing vine with strongly scented, fully double, cream-colored flowers sometimes tinged with pink, 10 cm wide. They count up to 40 petals and are produced in blossoms from midsummer to fall. Abundant, they stand out against the glossy, deep green foliage. 'Gloire de Dijon' is one of the most popular climbing roses. It blooms profusely and is ideal for lining walls and fences, where you can enjoy the beautiful flowers. <p class="p1"><span class="s1">Caring for rose 'Gloire de Dijon' is not difficult, but the rose does require some time and attention on a regular basis. Roses need a lot of energy to grow well and sufficient water and nutrition helps with this. Also check regularly whether there are spent flower buds on the rose. To avoid wasting energy, it is best to remove these as quickly as possible. It is wise to fertilize the rose so that it can absorb good and healthy nutrition again. The advice is to do this twice a year; in March and the end of June.</span></p>
