General terms and conditions

Many of the roses we offer are extremely rare and are only grown in small numbers. We recommend that you place your order as early as possible to avoid disappointment.


Nevertheless, it may happen that some types are already sold out or are not in stock due to circumstances beyond our control. Please understand.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE


Order and delivery
We accept orders all year round. Bare root roses are delivered from mid-October to the end of April, while supplies last and container roses (roses in pots) are delivered from May to November while supplies last.

All our offers are without obligation . Orders are processed in order of receipt. They are carried out as long as the ordered roses are in stock.

 

The prices for protected roses always include plant breeder's rights. Protected species may not be propagated without the permission of the winner.
No delivery will be made during the frost period. If ordered roses are sold out or are unexpectedly not available,we will not supply a replacement,unless requested.

Shipping. 

 

From the point of view of efficiency, we prefer to ship the plants by PostNL. 

 

Experience shows that the plants, including standard roses are delivered safely and quickly to the customer by PostNL at a relatively low rate.

The shipment will be sent by PostNL or parcel service if the weight and dimensions of the package meet the requirements set by PostNL or parcel service.

If the roses cannot be sent by PostNL or parcel service, we will deliver using our own transport. Shipping and packaging costs are stated at cost price on the invoice. So in addition to the amount of the plants, the packaging and shipping costs incurred will be charged. The ordered roses will be shipped without prior notice. The digital invoice for the roses will follow separately by email as soon as the roses have been shipped. The plants travel at the risk of the buyer.

 

Complaints
We guarantee the authenticity of the variety of the roses delivered. We will accept complaints about this until after the first flowering period, but no later than August 31. Please report other complaints within two weeks of receiving the plants. There is no guarantee for regrowth.
