The Rosa ‘Pink Cloud’ XL Climbing Rose (160 cm) is one of the most beloved classics among climbing roses. Its large, bright pink flowers with a gentle scent appear in abundance from early summer well into autumn. This richly blooming rose brings months of colour, romance, and fragrance to the garden.
The ‘Pink Cloud’ has a vigorous growth habit and reaches a height of 2 to 2.5 metres, making it perfect for covering pergolas, walls, fences, or rose arches. It combines lush flowering with strong branches and healthy leaves – ideal for those who love a sturdy, low-maintenance rose with a refined appearance.
Location & care
The ‘Pink Cloud’ grows best in a sunny to partly shaded spot in well-drained, fertile soil. It can be planted both in open ground and in a spacious pot. Prune in early spring to maintain shape and encourage flowering: remove old or weak branches, and train the main branches horizontally for fuller blooms.
Thanks to its continuous flowering nature and healthy growth, this rose requires little upkeep. With some rose fertiliser in spring and removing spent flowers, it stays in top condition.

Roses in pots
A potted rose is a rose plant that has already been grown in a pot and is delivered with a well-developed root system. These roses are ready to be planted directly in the garden or in a larger pot, without having to wait for root growth. This makes the potted rose ideal for planting throughout the year, especially from May through October.
Roses with bare roots
Bare-root roses – also called root roses – are rose plants delivered without a pot or soil. These roses are dormant and can be planted directly in open ground. The best time to plant a root rose is in autumn or early spring, when the soil is still moist and the temperature mild.
At Belle Epoque we supply bare-root roses from November through April. Thanks to the well-developed root system and the right planting conditions, these roses grow vigorously into healthy and bloom-rich bushes or climbing roses.
Products are shipped directly from the nursery every Monday and Wednesday. By delivering only twice a week, we reduce logistical emissions and optimise our processes. This benefits both the quality of our products and the climate.
