The Rosa Boscobel, a creation of David Austin, is an English rose that embodies grace and refinement. Exclusively available at Belle Epoque, this rose offers a perfect blend of rich flower form, deep colour, and enchanting scent.
The blooms open from deep red buds into fully double rosettes with about 78 petals. The colour ranges from salmon pink to deep rose shades and subtly changes as the flowering progresses – a lively work of art in the garden.
The scent of Boscobel is equally impressive: a medium-strong to strong perfume with notes of myrrh, hawthorn, elderflower, pear, and almond. This makes it not only a delight for the eye but also a sensory experience in any garden.
With a height of 100–120 cm and a width of about 1 metre, Boscobel is well suited for borders, as a solitary eye-catcher, or in mixed plantings. The healthy, bushy growth and the long flowering period from June to October make this rose a reliable and splendid addition to any garden.
At Belle Epoque Roses we supply only top quality, directly from our nursery. This ensures you a strong and healthy plant that will bring joy for many years.

Roses in pots
A potted rose is a rose plant that has already been grown in a pot and is delivered with a well-developed root system. These roses are ready to be planted directly in the garden or in a larger pot, without having to wait for root growth. This makes the potted rose ideal for planting throughout the year, especially from May through October.
Roses with bare roots
Bare-root roses – also called root roses – are rose plants delivered without a pot or soil. These roses are dormant and can be planted directly in open ground. The best time to plant a root rose is in autumn or early spring, when the soil is still moist and the temperature mild.
At Belle Epoque we supply bare-root roses from November through April. Thanks to the well-developed root system and the right planting conditions, these roses grow vigorously into healthy and bloom-rich bushes or climbing roses.
Products are shipped directly from the nursery every Monday and Wednesday. By delivering only twice a week, we reduce logistical emissions and optimise our processes. This benefits both the quality of our products and the climate.
