De Rosa Bonica®, een creatie van de beroemde rozenveredelaar Meilland (1981), is een van de meest veelzijdige en betrouwbare floribunda rozen. Met haar zacht schelproze bloemen, die in royale trossen verschijnen, en haar uitzonderlijke winterhardheid tot -28ºC, is dit een roos die overal tot haar recht komt.
De halfgevulde bloemen verschijnen van juni tot diep in de herfst en zorgen voor een langdurige bloemenzee in je tuin. De glanzend donkergroene bladeren vormen een prachtig contrast met de frisse bloemblaadjes, waardoor Rosa Bonica® een echte blikvanger wordt.
Dankzij haar compacte en bossige groeiwijze (tot ca. 120 cm hoog) is ze ideaal voor:
- Borders en perken
- Groepsbeplanting
- Grote potten en bakken
- Als solitair in een moderne of klassieke tuin
Rosa Bonica® is niet alleen mooi, maar ook praktisch: ze is onderhoudsvriendelijk, ziekteresistent en eenvoudig te snoeien. Voor de beste bloei raden we aan om in het vroege voorjaar of najaar terug te snoeien en jaarlijks te bemesten.

Roses in Pots
A potted rose is a rose plant that has been pre-grown in a pot and comes with a well-developed root system. These roses are ready to be planted directly into the garden or a larger container — no need to wait for new root growth. This makes potted roses ideal for planting throughout the year, especially from May to October.
Bare Root Roses
Bare root roses are rose plants supplied without soil or pots. These roses are in their dormant stage and can be planted directly into the ground. The best time to plant bare root roses is in autumn or early spring, when the soil is still moist and temperatures are mild.
At Belle Epoque, we supply bare root roses from November to April. Thanks to their strong root systems and the right planting conditions, these roses quickly grow into healthy, vigorous shrubs or climbing roses with abundant blooms.
Products are shipped weekly on Mondays & Shipped directly from the nursery on Wednesday. By delivering only twice a week, we reduce logistical emissions and optimize our processes. This benefits both the quality of our products and the climate.
