Harlow Carr (Aushouse) (carrot)

17 in stock

Rosa 'Harlow Carr', recently introduced by David Austin, is an irresistible variety of English rose that produces perfectly formed, fragrant, fully double, pink flowers that are beautifully complemented by their bronze foliage that turns subtly green over time. Harlow Carr rose is bushy and sturdy and this spreading little shrub, bears roses almost to the ground and is an excellent repeat bloomer that is very reliable. The strong scent 'Old Rose' is reminiscent of rose-based cosmetics.

Care Instructions

Caring for rose 'Harlow Carr' is not difficult, but the rose does require some time and attention on a regular basis. Roses need a lot of energy to grow well and sufficient water and nutrition helps with this. Also check regularly whether there are spent flower buds on the rose. To avoid wasting energy, it is best to remove these as quickly as possible. It is wise to fertilize the rose so that it can absorb good and healthy nutrition again. The advice is to do this twice a year; in March and the end of June.
