'Annapurna' Rose

Enrich your garden with the serene beauty of the 'Annapurna' rose, an award-winning variety known for its breathtaking white blooms and seductive perfume. Selected by Francois Dorieux II in France in the year 2000, this shrub rose is a symbol of purity and elegance, bringing a touch of tranquility and sophistication to any garden setting.

Elegant Flowers The 'Annapurna' rose produces profusely large, double flowers of flawless white, which contrast with the dark green, glossy foliage. With 17-25 petals per flower and a classic hybrid tea bloom form, its flowers provide a continuous show of beauty and fragrance from late spring to the first frost.

Fragrance One of the most striking features of the 'Annapurna' rose is its intense, sweet scent. This rose fills the garden with an enchanting aroma that is both relaxing and invigorating.

Growth and Care The 'Annapurna' rose is a strong, healthy shrub that grows to a height of approximately 1 meter. It prefers a sunny to semi-shaded position and thrives best in well-drained, fertile soil. Regular watering, fertilization, and pruning promote healthy growth and abundant blooming.

Care Instructions

Caring for rose 'Annapurna' is not difficult, but the rose does require some time and attention on a regular basis. Roses need a lot of energy to grow well and sufficient water and nutrition helps with this. Also check regularly whether there are spent flower buds on the rose. To avoid wasting energy, it is best to remove these as quickly as possible. It is wise to fertilize the rose so that it can absorb good and healthy nutrition again. The advice is to do this twice a year; in March and the end of June.
