Toffee® – the iconic brown rose, now also as a garden rose
Toffee® is a rose that is anything but standard. With its warm, brown to caramel-colored petals, it has completely changed the way we look at roses. This special shade, once only known from the world of cut roses, makes Toffee® a true eye-catcher in the garden. In 2026, this popular rose will be available for the first time in limited quantities as a plant, exclusive and scarce.
The flowers open elegantly and fully, with a classic rose shape and a soft, velvety appearance. The color varies subtly with the season and light: from warm toffee and café-au-lait tones to a soft, earthy glow. It is precisely this nuance that makes it so beloved by fans of natural and modern garden styles.
Toffee® grows into a healthy, well-branched shrub with strong flowering and a modern appearance. It combines beautifully with soft cream and sand tones, but is also surprisingly lovely next to lilac, old pink, or deep burgundy. A rose for gardens where tranquility, refinement, and character come together.

Roses in pots
A potted rose is a rose plant that has already been grown in a pot and is delivered with a well-developed root system. These roses are ready to be planted directly in the garden or in a larger pot, without having to wait for root growth. This makes the potted rose ideal for planting throughout the year, especially from May through October.
Roses with bare roots
Bare-root roses – also called root roses – are rose plants delivered without a pot or soil. These roses are dormant and can be planted directly in open ground. The best time to plant a root rose is in autumn or early spring, when the soil is still moist and the temperature mild.
At Belle Epoque we supply bare-root roses from November through April. Thanks to the well-developed root system and the right planting conditions, these roses grow vigorously into healthy and bloom-rich bushes or climbing roses.
Products are shipped directly from the nursery every Monday and Wednesday. By delivering only twice a week, we reduce logistical emissions and optimise our processes. This benefits both the quality of our products and the climate.
