'Rosa 'Renée van Wegberg'™ is a medium-sized, richly flowering shrub rose with soft pink, cup-shaped flowers. This rose stands out for its graceful flower shape, large petals, and pronounced fragrance. The flowers are strongly filled and have a silky-soft texture. The plant grows compact and bushy, with a height of 60 to 70 cm, and is ideal for pots, borders, or as a focal point next to the terrace or balcony.

What makes this rose unique is that the petals are edible. They have a sweet, fruity flavor reminiscent of raspberries. 'Rosa 'Renée van Wegberg' is named after the Dutch actress and singer, and was first presented at De Rozenhof in Lottum. It has been developed by Pheno Geno Roses and belongs to the first generation of edible rose varieties. The plant can be grown organically, has high disease resistance, and requires little maintenance.'
