sweet – edible cyclamen pink rose with fruity scent
Dolce is a striking rose with richly filled flowers in a deep cyclamen pink shade. This rose produces compact flowers of about 6 cm in diameter with no less than 61 petals. It emits a pleasant fruity fragrance with a hint of citrus. This fragrant beauty is not only a feast for the eyes but also a tasteful addition to the kitchen.
The flower petals have a fresh, sweet-sour taste reminiscent of red berries. This makes them particularly suitable for use in salads, as a garnish on pastries, or incorporated into confectionery. Thanks to the color fastness of the flower petals, they retain their beautiful color even after being processed into rose jam or syrup. They can also be dried and stored in glass jars – a beautiful and healthy addition to any kitchen.
