The Rosa Dolce is an edible cyclamen pink rose with richly filled flowers (±6 cm) and as many as 61 petals. The intense pink color remains beautifully preserved, even when processed into jam, syrup, or tea. Dolce has a fruity scent and a fresh, sweet-sour taste reminiscent of red berries.
This versatile rose is ideal for use in salads, desserts, or as culinary decoration. Even when dried, the petals remain colorfast and flavorful, perfect for storing in glass jars. With its compact growth habit and healthy, bushy stature, Dolce is suitable for both pots, containers, and the organic (vegetable) garden.

Bare Root Roses
Bare root roses are rose plants supplied without soil or pots. These roses are in their dormant stage and can be planted directly into the ground. The best time to plant bare root roses is in autumn or early spring, when the soil is still moist and temperatures are mild.
At Belle Epoque, we supply bare root roses from November to April. Thanks to their strong root systems and the right planting conditions, these roses quickly grow into healthy, vigorous shrubs or climbing roses with abundant blooms.
Products are shipped weekly on Mondays & Shipped directly from the nursery on Wednesday. By delivering only twice a week, we reduce logistical emissions and optimize our processes. This benefits both the quality of our products and the climate.
