Product form

Rose Rambling Rosie is a beautiful rambler rose that could technically be classified as a patio climber: at full size she is about 3 meters tall and slightly less wide. Unusually for a rambler, it bears its large clusters of small, semi-double, scarlet flowers continuously through the summer, about June to October. On poorer soils it still blooms well and just becomes a bit smaller. Rosie is a disease-free, easy-to-grow rose.

Bred by the great amateur rose breeder, Colin Horner (1933-2005), marketed in 2001 and 2005 by Warner's Roses in Devon. Her registration code is HORjasper. In addition to her Royal Horticultural Society Award of Garden Merit, she holds a Gold Award from the Glasgow Rose Trials (2010), a Bronze Certificate from The Hague Rose Trials in the same year and a Gold Standard Rose Trials award from 2007.
