Dried organic rose petals – edible & versatile
These edible, dried rose petals come from organically grown roses from Pheno Geno Roses, a specialized rose nursery in Spain. The roses are carefully cultivated, harvested, and slowly dried to optimally preserve their color, fragrance, and flavor. Ideal for use in the kitchen or as a decorative finishing touch.
Culinary applications:
• Rose tea: use pure or in combination with herbs such as mint, chamomile, or lavender.
• In desserts & patisserie: as edible decoration on cakes, pastries, ice cream, or chocolates.
• Baking: mix with cookies, cake batter, or puff pastry for a subtle rose aroma.
• Salads: give summer salads a fragrant, floral twist.
• Cocktails/mocktails: use as a garnish or let steep in syrup or liqueur.
• Herb mixtures: use in herb butter, rose salt, or homemade herb mixes.
100% organic and safe to eat
The roses are grown without chemical agents and specially selected for culinary applications. Pure nature – without additives or artificial fragrances or colorants.
Packaging options:
• 5 grams – perfect for tea or small applications
• 10 grams – for regular use
• 50 grams – for horeca, bakeries, or creative home cooks
