Be enchanted by the Scepter'd Isle® rose, a true gem from the David Austin collection. This beautiful rose adorns your garden with soft pink, semi-double flowers that unfold into a perfect cup shape. The heart of golden stamens creates a stunning contrast and adds an extra dimension of refinement to the flower. The pronounced and classic myrrh fragrance fills the air, creating an unforgettable, aromatic atmosphere.

Thanks to its versatility and repeat-flowering nature, Scepter'd Isle® is a reliable choice for various garden styles. It excels as a lush shrub in borders and beds but can also be trained as a charming small climbing rose (up to 3 meters) along pergolas or walls. Its healthy growth and attraction to bees and butterflies make it a valuable addition to any romantic or ecological garden, and even for a large pot on your terrace.

At Belle Époque Rose Nursery in Aalsmeer, you can buy this stunning Scepter'd Isle® rose directly from the grower. With over 40 years of expertise and a passion for roses, we guarantee you a top-quality plant, carefully cultivated with an eye for sustainability. Choose the expertise of a family business and enjoy year after year the unparalleled beauty and fragrance that only a Belle Époque rose can offer.

Roses in pots

A potted rose is a rose plant that has already been grown in a pot and is delivered with a well-developed root system. These roses are ready to be planted directly in the garden or in a larger pot, without having to wait for root growth. This makes the potted rose ideal for planting throughout the year, especially from May through October.

Roses with bare roots

Bare-root roses – also called root roses – are rose plants delivered without a pot or soil. These roses are dormant and can be planted directly in open ground. The best time to plant a root rose is in autumn or early spring, when the soil is still moist and the temperature mild.

At Belle Epoque we supply bare-root roses from November through April. Thanks to the well-developed root system and the right planting conditions, these roses grow vigorously into healthy and bloom-rich bushes or climbing roses.

Products are shipped directly from the nursery every Monday and Wednesday. By delivering only twice a week, we reduce logistical emissions and optimise our processes. This benefits both the quality of our products and the climate.
