Returns & Warranty

At Belle Epoque, we do everything we can to deliver healthy, strong roses of high quality. Because roses are living plants, we handle every situation carefully and always look for a suitable solution.

Is there something wrong with your order?

Did your order arrive damaged or is the delivery incorrect? Then please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

To assist you as quickly as possible, we ask you to:

  • mention your order number;
  • provide a clear description of the problem;
  • and send some clear photos of the packaging and the roses.

Based on this, we will assess the situation and always look for a reasonable and appropriate solution.

Quality Guarantee

We only deliver healthy, carefully inspected roses that have been grown and packed with great care.

Because roses are living plants, they can vary per season in size, leaves, bloom, and appearance. Each rose also needs time to develop properly. Some varieties reach their full beauty only after two to three growing seasons.

If a rose is not in good condition upon receipt, please contact us as soon as possible. We personally assess every report and are happy to think along with you.

Wrong delivery

Did you accidentally receive a different rose than you ordered? We will of course resolve that.

In most cases, we send the correct rose free of charge afterwards. Because returning living plants often costs more than the plant itself and is also stressful for the rose, we usually ask that the wrongly delivered rose not be returned.

Instead, we agree together on a suitable solution. Often we offer a credit of €10 per wrongly delivered rose, so you can keep it or give it as a gift.

Our service

At Belle Epoque, we value a satisfied customer more than a quick resolution. If something does go wrong despite all care, you can count on an honest assessment and a solution that is fair to both parties.

Our goal is simple: to let every customer enjoy a healthy, strong rose that blooms beautifully for years. That is what we happily work on every day.
