Aimee Vibert at a glance
Almost two centuries ago, French rose breeder Jean-Pierre Vibert named this rose after his daughter Aimée. Since its introduction in 1828, it has carried this personal tribute with it. With Aimée Vibert, you bring a living piece of rose history into your garden: an old Noisette rose that still wins over enthusiasts.
Its small, double flowers appear in elegant clusters. The pure white color, yellow stamens, and soft musk fragrance give it a romantic appearance. It starts flowering a little later in the season and can continue displaying its flowers well into autumn.
This vigorous white climbing rose deserves space. Let it cover a pergola, large rose arch, or small tree and enjoy a cloud of white flowers. In a sunny spot, it can grow to approximately 5.5 meters tall. A wonderful choice for garden lovers seeking historic roses with a story and impressive growth.
Forty years of nothing but roses
Belle Époque is a family business, not a wholesaler. From our greenhouses in Aalsmeer, we have been growing only roses for over four decades — and every plant we send out is personally selected by us. This way, you receive not a catalog rose, but a plant ready to grow.
"Beautiful climbing rose, bloomed abundantly in the very first year! Well packaged and exactly what I expected based on the description. Belle Époque truly delivers top quality."
"The rose is well packaged and looks beautiful. Fast delivery, and the personal advice via email was very valuable — I wasn’t sure where to plant it."
"Amazing quality & service. I ordered two New Dawns and they are developing beautifully in the garden. Fast shipping from Aalsmeer to Belgium — would absolutely order again."
