Let yourself be enchanted by the charming 'Alberich', also known as 'Happy', a compact shrub rose that adorns your garden or balcony with cheerful red, semi-double flowers from June to October. Bred by De Ruiter in 1954, this rose is a true magnet for bees and butterflies, bringing vibrancy to any outdoor space. Although the flowers are unscented, they more than make up for this with their abundant blooms and attractive appearance, which later in the season give way to decorative rose hips.
With a modest height of 30–50 cm, 'Alberich' is the ideal choice for pots from Ø 40 cm on balconies and terraces, and is also beautiful in borders and planting beds. Thanks to its excellent health and complete winter hardiness, this rose is particularly easy to care for. It thrives best in a sunny spot with at least 6 hours of sunlight per day, where it can fully display its repeat-flowering nature and allow you to enjoy its beauty for months.
