De Rosa ‘Albertine’ (Barbier, 1921) is een legendarische ramblerroos die bekendstaat om haar rijke bloei en romantische charme. In tegenstelling tot de meeste ramblers produceert deze sterke klimmer grote, gevulde bloemen van wel 9 cm doorsnee. Uit koperrode knoppen ontvouwen zich zalmroze bloemen met een koraalroze achterzijde, wat een betoverend kleurenspel oplevert.
De ‘Albertine’ verspreidt een intense, aangename geur die de hele tuin vult tijdens haar rijke bloei in juni en juli. Deze robuuste roos heeft donkergroen glanzend blad en bereikt met gemak een hoogte tot 5 meter, ideaal om pergola’s, schuttingen of muren mee te bedekken. Bovendien beschikt ze over een goede ziekteresistentie en sterke groei.
Bij Belle Epoque is de Rosa ‘Albertine’ verkrijgbaar als XL-klimroos, met een hoogte van 160 cm bij verzending en circa 200 cm bij afhalen. Beschikbaar van april tot en met oktober, vers uit onze kwekerij in Aalsmeer – waar vakmanschap en liefde voor rozen samenkomen.

Roses in Pots
A potted rose is a rose plant that has been pre-grown in a pot and comes with a well-developed root system. These roses are ready to be planted directly into the garden or a larger container — no need to wait for new root growth. This makes potted roses ideal for planting throughout the year, especially from May to October.
Bare Root Roses
Bare root roses are rose plants supplied without soil or pots. These roses are in their dormant stage and can be planted directly into the ground. The best time to plant bare root roses is in autumn or early spring, when the soil is still moist and temperatures are mild.
At Belle Epoque, we supply bare root roses from November to April. Thanks to their strong root systems and the right planting conditions, these roses quickly grow into healthy, vigorous shrubs or climbing roses with abundant blooms.
Products are shipped weekly on Mondays & Shipped directly from the nursery on Wednesday. By delivering only twice a week, we reduce logistical emissions and optimize our processes. This benefits both the quality of our products and the climate.
