1. Order

Ordering from Belle Epoque is easy and available 24/7 through our website. You can pay securely with iDeal, credit card, or Klarna. After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with a link to track your delivery status.
We have many varieties of roses in stock, and ordering online is effortless. Each rose has a clear description, so you know exactly what you're getting.
How can I order?
Ordering roses is simple and goes as follows:
  • Find the rose of your choice and click on it.
  • Choose the desired (and available) variant: bare root, in a pot or an XL climbing rose in a pot.
  • Then select the desired quantity.
  • Add your choice to the shopping cart.
  • Go to 'checkout now' to pay.
  • Enter your details and select your preferred payment method.
  • Once your order has been shipped, we will process it. We will send you an email confirming receipt of your order.
  • Due to the limited availability of some special varieties, a rose may be out of stock. In that case, you will receive an email, and we will immediately refund the purchase price.
  • When your roses are shipped you will receive another email with a track && trace code. You can use this code to track your order.
Change order
You can change your order as long as it hasn't shipped yet. To do so, please send an email to info@belle-epoque.nl en Please include your order number. You can also send us a message via the chat function at the bottom of the webshop page.
Cancel order
You can cancel your order until it has been shipped. Cancellations can be made by sending an email to info@belle-epoque.nl met it contains the order number.

1.Payment

Pay in the way you like. In addition to iDeal, you can also pay afterwards via Klarna. Secure payment is possible with various payment methods. All our prices include VAT. Do you have a large order? We are happy to help you!
How can I pay?
Payment can be made in many different ways. This is of course possible with iDeal, CreditCard, BankContact or Klarna. An option for everyone!
Can I pay afterwards?
Do you want to pay afterwards? Then choose the Klarna option at checkout.
Can I pay by invoice?
Yes, that is possible! You can easily order your roses by email. Send us your details and we will send you a PDF invoice.

3. Delivery

Your order will usually be delivered to your home within 5 business days. If a rose is out of stock, it may take a little longer, and we'll let you know. We'll make clear arrangements about when your order will arrive.

Your roses are well packaged for safe travel. They will be delivered via DPD or PostNL and can be tracked via Track & Trace. & Trace in the order confirmation.

Note: If you have pre-ordered bare-root roses, they will be delivered starting in mid-November.

Where is my order?​
Sometimes an order is delayed because the affiliated grower can't deliver on time. We prefer to deliver your order all at once, so sometimes it may be delayed. Do you have a question about your order? Please email us with your order number. info@belle-epoque.nl en We will respond as quickly as possible.
How do you ship the roses?
Kale wortel rozen
Onze kale wortel rozen worden geleverd in gerecyclede plastic zakken en een stevige doos. De meegeleverde zak is bedoeld om her te gebruiken, bijvoorbeeld in de tuin of als vuil- of groenafvalzak. Omdat rozen in de afgesloten verpakking maar kort houdbaar zijn, is het belangrijk om ze bij aankomst direct in een emmer koud water te zetten.

Rozen in pot
Rozen in pot snoeien wij terug om ze te beschermen tegen warmte en gebrek aan licht tijdens het transport. Haal ze na ontvangst direct uit de doos en geef ze goed water. Het kan zijn dat de blaadjes wat verkleurd zijn door het gebrek aan licht, maar dit trekt snel bij. Soms is een steeltje geknakt, omdat we bewust niet alles te kort snoeien. Je kunt dan zelf nog wat bijknippen. Met een beetje geluk blijft er een bloemknop heel, die je mooi in een vaasje kunt zetten.

Planttips bij aankomst

  • Snoei de roos bij aankomst licht terug en zet hem zo snel mogelijk in de grond.
  • Dompel de roos eventueel eerst even volledig in een emmer water.
  • Wees voorzichtig met de wortels en probeer deze niet te beschadigen. Knip indien nodig de pot kapot bij het verwijderen.
What is the delivery time?
Depending on how busy we are and availability, your order will usually be delivered within 5 working days.
When we transfer your order to the shipping company, you will receive an email with the delivery date and track. &trace code with which you can track the order.
Is the delivery date inconvenient?
Unfortunately we are not yet ready to adjust the date. It is therefore best to have the roses delivered to the neighbors. If no one is at home, PostNL/DPD will automatically come by again.
Why don't I receive my order within 2-3 days?​
We deliver fresh roses directly from the nursery. Your order will not be collected until you have placed it. This way you are always assured of good quality.
I have not received a confirmation or delivery message
After placing your order, you will automatically receive an email with the confirmation. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. & code. Didn't receive anything? Please check your spam folder first. If you have any questions, please send a message to info@belle-epoque.nl en we will contact you as soon as possible.
Can I also collect my order?​
Yes, this is certainly possible. Our address is Rietwijkeroordweg 28, 1432 JE in Aalsmeer.

4. Warranty

Plant guarantee
A bare-root rose almost always takes root. However, it remains a natural product, and sometimes things can go wrong, for example, due to frost, too much or too little water, incorrect nutrition, or poor soil health.

That's why we offer a reasonable plant guarantee. Even with proper planting, things can sometimes go wrong, but we'll work with you to find a suitable solution. We always find a compromise, so you're satisfied and your rose gets another chance.

Potted roses are a great alternative if you're unsure or have little experience with a particular location. These roses have already established themselves and therefore have a head start on bare-root roses.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to return your order to Belle Epoque within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. To do so, please notify us by email. We'll send you the details for returning your order by email. The purchase price will be refunded to your account. The plants must arrive in good condition and undamaged.  
Return shipping costs
The costs incurred for returning your order are at your own expense.
