The Rosa Bonica®, a creation of the famous rose breeder Meilland (1981), is one of the most versatile and reliable floribunda roses. With its soft shell pink flowers, which appear in generous clusters, and its exceptional hardiness down to -28ºC, this is a rose that thrives anywhere.
The semi-double flowers appear from June well into autumn, providing a long-lasting sea of blooms in your garden. The glossy dark green leaves create a beautiful contrast with the fresh petals, making Rosa Bonica® a true eye-catcher.
Thanks to its compact and bushy growth habit (up to approx. 120 cm tall), it is ideal for:
- Borders and flower beds
- Group planting
- Large pots and containers
- As a solitary plant in a modern or classic garden
Rosa Bonica® is not only beautiful but also practical: it is low-maintenance, disease-resistant, and easy to prune. For the best flowering, we recommend pruning in early spring or autumn and fertilizing annually.
Whether you are a beginner gardener or an experienced rose lover, with Rosa Bonica® you bring home a durable and richly flowering rose that provides years of enjoyment and color.

Roses in a pot
A potted rose is a rose plant that has already been grown in a pot and is delivered with a well-developed root system. These roses are ready to be planted in the garden or in a larger pot, without having to wait for roots to develop. This makes the potted rose ideal for year-round planting, especially May to October.
Bare-root roses – also called root roses – are rose plants that are delivered without pots or soil. These roses are dormant and can be planted directly in the ground. The best time to plant a root rose is autumn or early spring, when the soil is still moist and the temperature is mild.
At Belle Epoque we supply bare root roses from November to AprilThanks to the well-developed root system and the right planting conditions, these roses grow vigorously into healthy and floriferous shrubs or climbing roses.
Products are shipped weekly on Mondays & Shipped directly from the nursery on Wednesday. By delivering only twice a week, we reduce logistical emissions and optimize our processes. This benefits both the quality of our products and the climate.
