Marie Pavié at a glance
Discover the timeless charm of ‘Marie Pavié’, a beautiful shrub rose introduced by Alégatière in 1888 and stealing hearts ever since. Also known as ‘Marie Pavic’, this rose enchants with its small (3–5 cm), double, soft pink flowers that give off a moderately strong, pleasant fragrance. Its delicate appearance and romantic character make it a beloved addition to any garden, with a subtle elegance reminiscent of bygone times.
‘Marie Pavié’ is a versatile cluster-flowered rose that is excellently suited to a variety of garden applications. With a height of 40–120 cm and repeat-flowering habit, it is perfect for borders, but also particularly suitable for pots from Ø 50 cm, even in partial shade. It looks beautiful in parks and may form charming rose hips after flowering, extending its ornamental value into autumn.
At Belle Époque Rose Nursery, you are assured of top quality. This ‘Marie Pavié’ has been carefully grown organically (SKAL-certified) and is shipped directly from our nursery in Aalsmeer. With more than 40 years of expertise, we guarantee healthy, strong roses that will provide years of enjoyment in your garden with the right care.
