Let yourself be enchanted by Maria Lisa (also known as Maria Liesa), a charming rambler rose that wins hearts with her simple beauty. This 'old-fashioned & rare' beauty, discovered by Brother Alfons in 1925, produces an abundance of small, single pink flowers in June and July. Although unscented, her appeal is undeniable, especially to bees and butterflies, which visit her in abundance. After flowering, Maria Lisa develops decorative rose hips, adding extra ornamental value in autumn.

With her vigorous, climbing growth, Maria Lisa is ideal for covering large areas. Train her elegantly along a pergola, over a wall or fence, or use her to create a lush rose hedge. This rose also looks beautiful in parks. She thrives in a spot with at least 4 hours of sunlight per day and is even suitable for partial shade, making her versatile for a variety of garden settings.
