About Bold and Beautiful

Discover the enchanting 'Bold and Beautiful', a true eye-catcher that transforms your garden with its radiant orange flowers. This large-flowered (8–12 cm), double rose, created by Warner in 2023, blooms abundantly and continuously from June to October. Its lightly scented appearance adds a touch of elegance to any outdoor space, while its organic cultivation guarantees a healthy and vigorous plant.

As a vigorous climbing rose, 'Bold and Beautiful' reaches an impressive height of 200 to 300 cm, making it perfect for adorning a pergola, wall, or fence. It thrives in a sunny spot with at least 6 hours of sunlight per day and is fully winter-hardy. Thanks to its good health and repeat-flowering nature, you can enjoy its beautiful orange hues for months. Please note that this rose is not suitable for long-term container cultivation, but truly shows its full potential when planted in the ground.

Care & Plants
Plant de 'Bold and Beautiful' als kaalwortelroos bij voorkeur in november, zodra u deze ontvangt, tot april, wanneer de grond niet bevroren is. Kies een zonnige plek met goed doorlatende grond. Graaf een ruim plantgat, spreid de wortels uit en zorg dat de oculatieplaats (verdikking) net onder het maaiveld komt. Houd een plantafstand van 100 cm aan voor optimale groei en luchtcirculatie.
Snoei klimrozen in de late winter of het vroege voorjaar (februari/maart), wanneer de ergste vorst voorbij is. Verwijder dood, ziek of beschadigd hout en dun oudere takken uit om de groei van nieuwe bloeischeuten te stimuleren. Buig hoofdtakken horizontaal aan voor een rijkere bloei over de gehele lengte.
Geef jonge planten regelmatig water, zeker tijdens droge periodes. Eenmaal gevestigd, is de roos droogtetoleranter. Bemest in het voorjaar met organische rozenmest en herhaal dit eventueel licht in juli voor een optimale doorbloei. Een mulchlaag van compost of boomschors helpt vocht vasthouden en onkruid onderdrukken.
