Be enchanted by the 'Perennial Blue', a modern climbing rose that transforms your garden with its irresistible charm. From June deep into autumn, this rose adorns itself with lush clusters of small, semi-double flowers in a breathtaking deep lilac. Each flower spreads an intense, sweet fragrance that stimulates the senses and creates a magical atmosphere. The vibrant lilac contrasts beautifully with the elongated, light green leaves, and as an added bonus, the 'Perennial Blue' is a true magnet for bees and butterflies, bringing your garden to life.
With its strong and robust growth, reaching a height of 2.5 to 3 meters, the 'Perennial Blue' is the ideal choice to beautify vertical spaces. Let it gracefully climb against a pergola, an old wall, a romantic rose arch, or a fence. This rose is not only a feast for the eyes but also a carefree addition thanks to its excellent disease resistance and repeat flowering nature, making it perfect for both beginner and experienced gardeners.
At Belle Époque Rose Nursery in Aalsmeer, we cherish over 40 years of family expertise in growing roses. Every 'Perennial Blue' is cultivated sustainably with passion and craftsmanship, so you receive a healthy, strong plant ready to enrich your garden with its unparalleled beauty and fragrance. Roses in pots
A potted rose is a rose plant that has already been grown in a pot and is delivered with a well-developed root system. These roses are ready to be planted directly in the garden or in a larger pot, without having to wait for root growth. This makes the potted rose ideal for planting throughout the year, especially from May through October.
Roses with bare roots
Bare-root roses – also called root roses – are rose plants delivered without a pot or soil. These roses are dormant and can be planted directly in open ground. The best time to plant a root rose is in autumn or early spring, when the soil is still moist and the temperature mild.
At Belle Epoque we supply bare-root roses from November through April. Thanks to the well-developed root system and the right planting conditions, these roses grow vigorously into healthy and bloom-rich bushes or climbing roses.
Products are shipped directly from the nursery every Monday and Wednesday. By delivering only twice a week, we reduce logistical emissions and optimise our processes. This benefits both the quality of our products and the climate.
