Meet Rosa 'Burgundy Ice', a beautiful addition to the Belle Epoque range, now available for only €11.95. This unique floribunda rose is distinguished by its rich flowering from early summer to autumn. From June to October 'Burgundy Ice' surprises with its repeated flowering of beautiful, medium-sized, plum-colored, velvety, double flowers. These flowers form enchanting clusters that provide a visual spectacle against a backdrop of glossy, light green foliage.

'Burgundy Ice' is not only a feast for the eyes, but with its subtle scent it is also an excellent choice as a cut flower, allowing you to bring the beauty and soft scent of this rose indoors. It looks beautiful in both a rose border and a mixed border, and adds a touch of elegance to any garden.

This hardy rose is surprisingly versatile and can be planted almost anywhere, as long as it is not north-facing. It thrives best in an open, sunny spot in moist, well-drained soil, where it will display its beautiful flowers every year.

Care Instructions

Caring for rose 'Burgundy Ice' is not difficult, but the rose does require some time and attention on a regular basis. Roses need a lot of energy to grow well and sufficient water and nutrition helps with this. Also check regularly whether there are spent flower buds on the rose. To avoid wasting energy, it is best to remove these as quickly as possible. It is wise to fertilize the rose so that it can absorb good and healthy nutrition again. The advice is to do this twice a year; in March and the end of June.
