Each box is handmade in our woodworking shop. JustDoIt, part of Ons Tweede Thuis (Our Second Home). This way, you'll not only add something beautiful to your garden but also support social responsibility.

Why a nest box for the blue tit?
Blue tits are small insectivores that primarily seek out a quiet, sheltered nesting spot in spring. They're not only enjoyable to watch but also valuable garden helpers. They eat caterpillars, aphids, and other pests that can harm your roses and other plants. In this way, they act as natural enemies and bring life to the garden.

What makes this nest box special?

  • Custom-designed for the blue tit (entrance Ø 28 mm)
  • Made from sustainable wood
  • Easy to hang on a wall or tree
  • Equipped with a cleaning hatch
  • Handmade in collaboration with JustDo Woodworking Shop

Whether you're an experienced gardener or just starting to green your garden, this nest box is a valuable addition to any garden. Combine it with an insect hotel or great tit nest box for even more biodiversity.

Good for your roses, good for nature, good for each other.

Roses in a pot

A potted rose is a rose plant that has already been grown in a pot and is delivered with a well-developed root system. These roses are ready to be planted in the garden or in a larger pot, without having to wait for roots to develop. This makes the potted rose ideal for year-round planting, especially May to October.

Bare root roses

Bare-root roses – also called root roses – are rose plants that are delivered without pots or soil. These roses are dormant and can be planted directly in the ground. The best time to plant a root rose is autumn or early spring, when the soil is still moist and the temperature is mild.

At Belle Epoque we supply bare root roses from November to AprilThanks to the well-developed root system and the right planting conditions, these roses grow vigorously into healthy and floriferous shrubs or climbing roses.

Products are shipped weekly on Mondays & Shipped directly from the nursery on Wednesday. By delivering only twice a week, we reduce logistical emissions and optimize our processes. This benefits both the quality of our products and the climate.
