The Princess Miyuki® (First Snow) is a unique Japanese rose that lives up to its name with its pure white flowers and enchanting fragrance. Loved worldwide as a cut rose and awarded the prestigious SAF Red Ribbon Award, this variety is now exclusively available in the Netherlands through Belle Epoque - directly from our nursery as a garden variant.
The flowers open in a few days from a 4.5 cm bud to an impressive flower with a diameter of up to 13 cm. With their approximately 70 velvety petals and a 70% opening, they are both refined and playful. The intense myrrh scent with notes of licorice and anise makes Princess Miyuki® a sensory experience in every garden.
Because this rose has only been in Dutch soil for one season, its growth characteristics are still in full development. This makes it an exciting choice for pioneers who want to discover something truly special.

Roses in Pots
A potted rose is a rose plant that has been pre-grown in a pot and comes with a well-developed root system. These roses are ready to be planted directly into the garden or a larger container — no need to wait for new root growth. This makes potted roses ideal for planting throughout the year, especially from May to October.
Bare Root Roses
Bare root roses are rose plants supplied without soil or pots. These roses are in their dormant stage and can be planted directly into the ground. The best time to plant bare root roses is in autumn or early spring, when the soil is still moist and temperatures are mild.
At Belle Epoque, we supply bare root roses from November to April. Thanks to their strong root systems and the right planting conditions, these roses quickly grow into healthy, vigorous shrubs or climbing roses with abundant blooms.
Products are shipped weekly on Mondays & Shipped directly from the nursery on Wednesday. By delivering only twice a week, we reduce logistical emissions and optimize our processes. This benefits both the quality of our products and the climate.
