De Rosa Charles Darwin, een Engelse roos van David Austin, is een sterke en robuuste struikroos die bekendstaat om haar prachtige grootbloemige gele bloemen. In knop zijn de bloemen rond en vol, waarna ze zich openen tot elegante, ondiepe kommen. De kleur varieert van warmgeel tot zandkleurig met een subtiele citrustint, waardoor deze roos een zachte en natuurlijke uitstraling heeft.
Met haar bossige en krachtige groeiwijze is Charles Darwin een veelzijdige roos die schittert in borders, gemengde beplantingen of solitair. Ze bloeit doorlopend van juni tot oktober en combineert een rijke bloei met een goede ziekteresistentie.

Bare Root Roses
Bare root roses are rose plants supplied without soil or pots. These roses are in their dormant stage and can be planted directly into the ground. The best time to plant bare root roses is in autumn or early spring, when the soil is still moist and temperatures are mild.
At Belle Epoque, we supply bare root roses from November to April. Thanks to their strong root systems and the right planting conditions, these roses quickly grow into healthy, vigorous shrubs or climbing roses with abundant blooms.
Products are shipped weekly on Mondays & Shipped directly from the nursery on Wednesday. By delivering only twice a week, we reduce logistical emissions and optimize our processes. This benefits both the quality of our products and the climate.
