The Rosa ‘Indigoletta’ is a true gem in any garden, an XL Climbing Rose that radiates mystique and elegance with its rare lilac-blue to deep violet-colored flowers. This large-flowered rose, exclusively cultivated by Belle Époque, enchants with a refined, powerful fragrance that fills the air from June well into autumn. The double flowers display a fascinating color spectrum, subtly changing with the light – from soft lavender to intense violet – making it an intriguing eye-catcher for the true rose lover.
With its strong, upright growth and sturdy, well-branched stems, the Indigoletta can be elegantly trained along walls, pergolas, or fences. It is an ideal choice to bring vertical spaces to life and create a lush sea of flowers. This versatile climbing rose thrives best in a sunny location, where its colors are most intense, but also tolerates light shade, making it widely adaptable in various gardens. Moreover, it is attractive to bees and butterflies, contributing to a lively and biodiverse garden.
At Belle Époque Rose Nursery, a family business with over 40 years of experience in Aalsmeer, you buy the Rosa ‘Indigoletta’ directly from the grower. Roses in pots
A potted rose is a rose plant that has already been grown in a pot and is delivered with a well-developed root system. These roses are ready to be planted directly in the garden or in a larger pot, without having to wait for root growth. This makes the potted rose ideal for planting throughout the year, especially from May through October.
Roses with bare roots
Bare-root roses – also called root roses – are rose plants delivered without a pot or soil. These roses are dormant and can be planted directly in open ground. The best time to plant a root rose is in autumn or early spring, when the soil is still moist and the temperature mild.
At Belle Epoque we supply bare-root roses from November through April. Thanks to the well-developed root system and the right planting conditions, these roses grow vigorously into healthy and bloom-rich bushes or climbing roses.
Products are shipped directly from the nursery every Monday and Wednesday. By delivering only twice a week, we reduce logistical emissions and optimise our processes. This benefits both the quality of our products and the climate.
