About Carmen Würth

Let yourself be enchanted by 'Carmen Würth', a captivating shrub rose that delights the senses with its intense purple, fully double flowers. From June well into October, this repeat-flowering beauty continuously treats you to its lush splendour and unmistakably strong fragrance. This organically grown ADR® rose, introduced by Kordes in 2019, is also known as KORjupvio and embodies the perfect harmony between natural elegance and robust health.

With a mature height of 60–80 cm, 'Carmen Würth' is an ideal choice for borders and parks, where it thrives effortlessly thanks to its excellent health and complete winter hardiness. It requires at least 6 hours of sunlight per day to ensure its abundant flowering. After flowering, this versatile rose also develops decorative rose hips, extending its ornamental appeal well into autumn. Please note that this rose is not suitable for long-term container cultivation.

Care & Plants
Deze 'Carmen Würth' roos wordt nu geleverd als roos met kale wortel en kan in november worden geplant. Kies een zonnige standplaats met goed doorlatende, humusrijke grond. Graaf een ruim plantgat, plaats de roos zo dat de entplaats net onder de grond zit en houd een plantafstand van 45 cm aan. Druk de aarde licht aan en geef direct na het planten ruim water.
Snoei deze struikroos in het vroege voorjaar, zodra de strengste vorst voorbij is. Verwijder dode, zieke of zwakke takken en snoei de overige takken terug tot 3-5 ogen, ongeveer 10-15 cm boven de grond, om een bossige groei en rijke bloei te stimuleren.
Geef de 'Carmen Würth' roos regelmatig water, vooral tijdens droge periodes en in het eerste jaar na aanplant. Voor optimale groei en bloei adviseren wij in het voorjaar en na de eerste bloei organische rozenmest toe te dienen. Een mulchlaag rond de voet helpt vocht vasthouden en onderdrukt onkruid.
