Disappointed with the Condition on Arrival
It took more than a week for me to receive the plant. It arrived in poor condition, and I believe the problem was caused during transport. It was very dry, with several broken branches, no leaves, and generally looked in very bad shape.
I contacted customer service, and they told me to wait and see if it started to grow. I suggested that they file a claim with the carrier because of the condition in which it arrived, but they never replied to me

Wij zijn een klein bedrijf en antwoorden altijd persoonlijk terug. Dat kost tijd. Ik heb vanavond gereageerd.
Het is natuurlijk vervelend dat de zending schade heeft opgelopen, en wij vergoeden de schade als dit ook daadwerkelijk zo is.
Maar ook de kennis die wij hebben van rozen weet ik dat de roos snel kan herstellen. Mocht dit uiteindelijk niet gebeuren kunt u ons contacten.
