We believe it is important to be open and honest. Belle Epoque is not yet fully organic, but every year we take new steps to make our range more sustainable. Some roses are already grown entirely organically, while other varieties still come from conventional cultivation.
Because transparency is important to us, our webshop always clearly distinguishes between organically certified roses and the rest of our range. This way, you know exactly which roses have been grown organically and can make an informed choice.
Skal-certified
Belle Epoque is officially Skal-certified for the cultivation, storage, distribution and sale of organic ornamental plants. Our webshop is also included in this certification. Our Skal number is 120058, giving you the assurance that our organic products comply with European regulations for organic production. The certificate was issued by Stichting Skal Biocontrole and is valid until 1 January 2028.
